Description and Requirements

About Organization:
E2E solution digital transformation team is under digital transformation (DT) department led by chief digital transformation officer.  DT team play the important role to plan and implement digital transformation projects for Lenovo internal global business.  the e2e solution team is responsible for e2e solution design or take the overall DT leader role in corporate digital transformation projects.

Roles and responsibilities:

·       Be responsible for e2e solution design, especially for leads-to-cash value chain.

·       Take e2e solution leader or overall digital transformation leader role in the corporate transformation projects.

·       Communicate with key business stakeholders for project business value and e2e solution alignment.


Key Interaction with:
Business team,  IT department

<<Must Have – essential>>

Ÿ  At least 15 years digital transformation project working experience in multi-national companies

Ÿ  Take the solution leader or project leader role in at least 5 large scale cross-business function projects

Ÿ  Be end to end solution experts in leads to cash business values or at least be solution experts in marketing & sales or supply chain business areas

Ÿ  Have sufficient business knowledge for leads to cash value chain

Ÿ  Good at communication and presentations

ŸCan work under high pressure and with good team working spirit.

ŸFluent in Japanese and English
