Description and Requirements



Lenovo Slovakia is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our team in Bratislava. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career it one of the world’s leading technology companies.


Your responsibilities in this role will be: 


  • Implementation of compliance checks, validation of penalties based on communication with service partners
  • Attending onsite audits at our Service provider (ASP, Depots, IBM, CEC) to drive compliance, process adherence, repair quality improvements and cost savings
  • Preparation for onsite audits – performance analyses and identification of outliers and potential frauds
  • Processing the audit outcomes
  • Communication with the partners about the findings, education, financial recovery/penalty, prevention for the future
  • Building stronger relationship and loyalty with partners
  • Improving compliance, process adherence and quality improvements
  • Using the opportunity to benchmark key competitors
  • Collecting direct feedback on Lenovo systems and support and follow up with the respective teams
  • Driving Partner performance improvements


What will make you successful in the role:  

  • Having at least 1 year of customer support role experience 
  • Fluent English 
  • IT skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint user
  • Being able to focus on the customer and understand how their actions impact customer satisfaction
  • Willing to solve problems for the service partners
  • Being proactive, organized, and assertive
  • Willingness to travel

Nice to have: 
  • Knowledge of an additional language is a plus (German, French, Italian or Spanish)
  • Knowledge of Services Operations is an advantage
  • Previous experience with CRM system is advantage



Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.400 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.

You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.

SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers’ stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City.  We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.
