We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to partner with our EMEA Acquisition and SI Global Sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for Sales Operations in the Global Account Business for EMEA geography.  Reporting to the EMEA GA Sales Operations Lead, responsibilities include facilitating day to day business operations to support the EMEA Headquarter functions, and the Acquisition and SI sales teams, in any aspect of the daily business to drive the achievement of financial objectives and profitable revenue growth. 

These are your detailed responsibilities: 
Sales Forecast Management Facilitation of the weekly / monthly sales forecasting and planning process with Sales teams, using forecasting tools to compile and analyze data that streamlines stock rotation while minimalizing both stock liabilities and lead time to our customers 
Assist with demand planning and replenishment order management across markets and verticals 
Act as a bridge between sales and supply to achieve the best possible outcome for EMEA GA Sales 
Attend weekly interlock calls with GSC and summarize to share with sales community 
Drive pipeline utilization in support of fortnightly interlocks regarding large bid planning 
Focal point for regional sales teams for direct product / sales related issues to be addressed in support of all IDG product transitions 
Operational Task Backlog / Critical order management with close interlock to GSC Teams for managing escalations and critical orders 
Work closely with GAFM and GPM communities in support of maximizing EMEA GA Sales Subject matter expert on regional and core business processes to ensure KPI's and SLAs are met or exceeded 
Support EMEA GA cadence and own any follow up items 
Attend weekly BMS and interlock with AR to support cash collection of IDG and ISG overdues 
Close interlock with support functions (GSC/GL/Finance/BTIT) to drive continuous improvement and increase customer satisfaction 
Position Requirements:

3-5 years post qualifying experience from a large International Company or a company with matrix organization 
Used to working to tight deadlines and in a dynamic and flexible environment
Experience in business indicator and data analysis, problem solving and trouble shooting
Sound skills and proven track record of independent project management
Excellent English language skills and overall strong writing, exceptionally good communication skills and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and from strong and effective networks with internal partners
In depth knowledge of working with Microsoft Office

We are flexible about the location of this role across Europe. Note valid for Slovakia only: Base gross monthly salary from 2250 EUR, depending on experience + variable part. For the UK and other countries, the salary details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
