Description and Requirements

The main purpose of this position is E2E order management, from order entry till successful delivery. 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Pro-actively manage backlog to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and within the agreed SLAs.
  • Respond to all requests in a timely fashion ensuring that any external communication is on professional level
  • Troubleshooting of problematic orders
  • Pro-actively manage customer relationship and solve all customer open queries – like estimated arrival dates, claims, EOL situations, escalations, etc.
  • Interact with customers and act as a focal point for order management queries
  • Maintain high level of professional communication both externally and internally
  • Pro-actively manage order quality issues to achieve targets defined by management and ensure all necessary actions and escalations are in place
  • Interface & network with Lenovo internal organizations - Close collaboration with procurement and material team, to analyze and bridge customer forecast vs parts requirements
  • Build relationships with customers and sales team
  • Flag potential problems and drive root cause analysis
  • Requires a high level of customer-service orientation with strong communications skills
  • Responsible for providing daily operational status to some of our most critical customers
  • Responsible for communicating customer requirements to the different internal supply chain functions
  • Work cross functionally with demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, global logistics, engineering, development, and sales
  • Strong support to manufacturing sites
  • Serviceability and Order to Delivery Performance metrics

You'll be reporting to Sr. Manager Customer Ops.

What you'll bring:
  • At least 2+ years background in supply chain, planning and customer facing role
  • Customer management experience

  • MS Excel / Powerpoint

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication

  • Experience in fast-paced environment
