Description and Requirements

The EMEA Marketing Paid Social Media Specialist is a crucial member of the expanding EMEA Marketing Media Team.

Your key responsibility will be to develop and oversee the strategic direction and implementation of Paid Social activities in the Region.

Your focus will be on enhancing performance and achieving greater efficiency through a robust analytical approach.

You will be reporting to EMEA Director – Media Centre of Excellence (COE).

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the brand and sub-brand's Paid Strategy for Social and Search, including consolidating, developing, and maintaining relationships with top social media partners. 
  • Analyze project briefs and objectives for Social and Search media activation, and develop research methods such as interviews and questionnaires to support these initiatives. 
  • Recommend appropriate timelines and budgets for social media campaigns, and monitor and optimize campaigns against established benchmarks. 
  • Evaluate campaign performance and report findings both internally and externally, providing critical insights and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Drive innovation through an "out of the box" approach to ad solutions and paid experiences, seeking new ways to provide unique and effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of managing Paid Search campaigns across platforms such as Google, Microsoft, and Amazon.
  • Proven experience using Facebook Ads Manager, including the ability to traffic campaigns, maintain consistent QA processes, set budgets, and monitor campaign performance.
  • Hands-on experience managing third-party agencies that execute campaigns based on your guidance.
  • Familiarity with digital campaign bid types, metrics, and analysis, such as CPM, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Ability to measure campaign performance and define optimization paths.
  • Experience running campaigns across various platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, and Discord.
  • Familiarity with campaign trafficking and ad tech related to social ad formats and objectives, conversion pixels, UTM tracking, and more.
  • Must possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to multitask, self-manage, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
