Description and Requirements

EMEA Marketing Paid Search and Social Executive being a part of the growing EMEA Marketing Media Team will be responsible for coordinating the Paid Search for EMEA; opening and managing social campaigns, develop tactical and strategical social media plans, analyze and optimize existing contents and posts and support media team in different actions and plans. No matter what team you’re a part of, from marketing to IT, this is the type of place where you can create real impact.



As the Marketing Search and Social Executive you will:

  • Advise them how they can best make use of results 
  • Take actionable insights 
  • Analyze campaigns performance being able to report the data to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor and optimize ongoing campaigns on social 
  • Set timescales and budgets for Search and social media campaigns
  • Analyze briefs, project requirements and objectives on social media side
  • Monitor and Suggest optimization on Paid Search ongoing campaigns
  • Help in coordinating paid search activities across internal team


What you bring :

  • More than 2 years paid social campaigns management 
  • Knowledge of AMS Search dashboard and main ads format
  • Audiences set up and retargeting 
  • Campaign optimization
  • Social and Search ads knowledge and main paid media tools
  • Measure the performance of your campaigns and optimize the ROI
  • Set A/B tests up, run cohort analysis, 
  • To acquire users and drive retention, engagement and conversions 
  • Test new channels and tactics (native advertising, retargeting, ... ) 
  • Experience in Paid Search a distinct advantage
