That means we are constantly reviewing our customer experience to ensure that we are best in class.

Position Description

In this position, you will sit as part of the Motorola EMEA Marketing Team, work with both our global and local trade marketing team, to inspire, develop and evolve the tools they need to execute exceptional omnichannel campaigns, in a constantly evolving market.

Lead retail channel marketing strategy both online and offline, bringing our brand values to life in everything that we do

Manage the customer experience, seeking to innovate and improve where possible.

Conduct market audits to understand the changing dynamics and keep abreast of the changing tools and techniques needed to succeed within the omnichannel environment.

Work with Motorola and Lenovo teams to identify assets that can be used within your region, understand any gaps from local teams and facilitate the design, production, and distribution of any additional assets.

Own and manage our online eMerchandising monitoring tool, working with the local team to fix issues as they arise and proactively develop new initiatives based on data analysis

Build and run EMEA wide trade in program

Manage Live device programme and demo mode as part of the new product go to market process

Analyze sales promotional activity to spot trends and help inform a blueprint for go to market activities, seeking to centralize and simplify things like gift with purchase.

Evaluation of trade campaigns against set success criteria and provide ad-hoc reporting support to specific retail initiatives.

Maintain a centralized system of KPI’s that gives visibility to country performance, increase channel staff engagement with the brand, increasing loyalty and recommendation rate.

Requirements for this role:

A proven track record in developing trade and channel promotions, preferably in a variety of situations

Strong analytical & conceptual skills in scenario planning. A systemic approach to implementation of campaigns.

Ability to inspire teams that need to be convinced of ‘new ways of working’

Ability to ensure adherence to processes

Great communication, presenting and influencing skills

Fluency in English, any other European language will be a bonus
