Description and Requirements
As the Lenovo Professional Services Enablement Manager (EMEA) you will work together with the Lenovo worldwide Product Manager in creating, implementing, and managing the EMEA Professional Services portfolio.
You will be the EMEA single point of contact for the EMEA sales organization and the worldwide strategy and service development teams
A good understanding of the Lenovo Professional Services portfolio will enable you to participate in the development of processes, tools, marketing, and training material.
You will report to Senior Manager, EMEA SSG Services, and will closely collaborate with the EMEA Services teams.
The Professional Services enablement manager will:
- Participate and lead projects, play a key role in these projects to implement mentioned processes, tools, and materials
- Be in contact with Sales leadership and channels within Lenovo by regular meetings with Sales leadership to understand the performance and demand in the markets and feed these back to the Worldwide Product manager for review and adjustment of the overall strategy
- Be UpToDate with the available Professional Services in the EMEA market and competition
- Present on regular basis to the stakeholders about ongoing projects and performance of the portfolio
Requirements:
- +5 years working experience in IT
- Bachelor degree
- Demonstrated project management skills
- English language capabilities, fluent in writing, speaking
- Used to work in an international environment with all its cultural differences and challenges
- Experienced in the Microsoft office suite (xls,word,ppt,teams) to conduct conference calls and daily activities
Nice to Have:
- Experience, exposure to Professional Services, from a planner, project manager, engineer position, in the market like:
- IT/Telecom field operation, break-fix services
- IT/Telecom incident and problem resolution services
- IT/Telecom onsite installation/deployment services
You will work in an EMEA based enablement team where other services disciplines of the Lenovo services portfolio are covered by alike Enablement Managers and project managers.
