Description and Requirements

Are you an inspirational manager to lead our Service Delivery team? Can you identify and analyze customer’s concerns and issues in the EMEA region?

In this role you will deal with Client Satisfaction Management. You will integrate all involved parties, e.g. Lenovo’s service delivery partners, Lenovo level 3 and Product Engineering, Lenovo client care team to define and setup corrective actions. You will build and maintain customer relationship for individual large clients. You will also be an escalation point for Service Delivery Managers, sales colleagues and other internal stakeholders on entitlement and customer support issues. 

You will lead a team of around 10 people that is spread across EMEA and report to our EMEA Service Delivery Director based in Germany. 

What else is waiting for you in this role? 
Service Partner/ Vendor Management 
o Manage service partners to deliver the services according to KPI and scope of work in his/her region 
o Plan and establish the correct coverage levels and builds an efficient and resilient service partner network
o Manage the service partner's costs and drives service delivery performance together with delivery operations 
o Develop service quality improvement and enhancement plans to improve efficiency and cost saving in his/her region Service Planning 
o Plan parts stocking based upon contract sales reports 
o Enhance/adapt delivery capability in conjunction with business growth 
Project Management – You will manage the internal projects to deploy Lenovo global initiatives across the territory and EMEA. You will initiate EMEA delivery improvement projects and manage new tool/process roll outs. 
  
What do we expect from you? 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Service Delivery 
People management experience 
Understanding of datacenter environment, servers, storage, IaaS, etc. technologies would be a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills up to C level 
Resilience to resolve issues 
Excellent oral and written English skills, any additional languages would be beneficial

We are flexible about the location of this role across Europe, you can apply if you are based anywhere in Europe. Note valid for Slovakia only: Base gross monthly salary from 3300 EUR, depending on experience + variable part. For the UK and other countries, the salary details will be discussed during the recruitment process
