Description and Requirements

In this role, you will be accountable for Services B2B marketing in EMEA both as an integrated part of the commercial marketing programme and where necessary as stand-alone tactics. The services business is growing rapidly and is a key element of the corporate transformation to a solutions and services company. As such, the environment is fluid and fast moving.

You will work with sales leadership and with both EMEA and RoW product management /marketing to identify priorities and to develop resonant value propositions for our different customer and channel audiences.

You will collaborate with the commercial marketing team, the channel marketing leader, and with country marketing teams to achieve maximum coverage within our target audiences. This role also collaborates with product managers and training to deliver engaging enablement to sellers, the channel, and markets.

This role requires customer orientation, strategic thinking, strong collaboration skills, and a willingness to think “out-of-the-box”.

Job description:

  • Ensure services value propositions reach target audiences, by integration with other programmes or by driving stand-alone projects.

  • Set KPIs and measurements against all activities.

  • Build programme plans which may include:

    • Social /digital

    • Events (both ftf and online)

    • Point of sale materials and after point of sales

    • Creation of marketing assets and win stories for external audience/customers

  • Engage with the wider organisation, always promoting the value of services to customers and to sellers.

  • Share best practices, skills and learnings with others.

Job requirements:

  • The individual must show deep passion for our audiences, our technology and our people and be willing to push the edge of innovation.

  • The Professional should have strong priority setting capabilities, be proficient in the marketing mix elements and able to support others when identifying and resolving issues or problems. have strong communication skills (verbal and written) and be a motivated self-starter.

  • The ideal candidate has a willingness to be bold and innovative in our approach to address this growing part of the business. The role requires a blend of analytical and communication skills.


  • 3+ years relevant Marketing experience, in the IT or similar fast-paced industry

  • Experience of services and solutions marketing is an advantage

  • Track of record in B2B multi-discipline marketing

  • Experience of EMEA/WW roles within an international organisation

  • Up to date knowledge of marketing communication tools to drive integrated, cross-device digital campaigns

  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest news & trends in the tech industry & marketing trends

  • Highly motivated, results-driven strategic thinker, who has strong business fundamentals with high degree of creative flair

  • Must demonstrate very strong understanding of integrated marketing and communications, etc.

  • Strong collaboration, communication, presentation & influencing (soft) skills

  • Open and effective communication with strong written and verbal English language communication skills.

  • Collaborative, with a strong commitment to achieving goals

  • Proven ability to successfully deal with highly complex issues, problems, and challenges

  • Ability to build and deploy cross country systems working in partnership with sales, business units, international teams and some 3rd-party vendors

You will report to the Marketing Lead EMEA for Services and Solutions Group.
