We are looking for a highly dynamic individual with good relationship and communication skills along with executive level business acumen and Account Management experience.
As the EMEA Smart Collaboration Sales Manager for Lenovo, you will be responsible for driving Workplace Transformation opportunities through new and existing Customers. This is a key member of the EMEA Smart Collaboration Team and pivotal in ensuring the success of Lenovo’s profit and revenue goals in the Enterprise, Public Sector and Global Accounts Segment by owning the end to end process of strategic (campaign) planning for EPS and GA. This is a customer-client facing, high-growth sales role requiring deep industry experience, the ability to identify, cultivate, and close net new business, and expertise working large deals at the C level.
Reporting to the Head of EMEA Smart Collaboration in Italy, the role is responsible for execution of business strategy, setting tactical and strategic business proposition for Enterprise and Global Accounts Customers and provides strong leadership and accountability. This position will require travel, estimated at 40%.

- preparing weekly and monthly analysis
- you will be entrusted to develop, manage, and execute the quarterly business plan
- you will execute segment strategy, pricing policies and resource planning based on thorough understanding of the market, competition and customer buying behavior
- you will understand Lenovo’s portfolio of award-winning Workplace Transformation solutions
- develop strategies to help new and existing customers find and implement the best solutions.
What do we expect from you?
- ideal candidate must be able to position Lenovo products and value proposition.
- strong working knowledge of the AV Resellers and UC technologies is preferred.
- successful candidate will have minimum 10 years proven track record in Sales funnel management, strategic selling, acquisition, and account management
- strong interpersonal and communications skills
