Description and Requirements

This role leads our Executive and operational relationship in EMEA with our Strategic Alliances partners including Microsoft, Google & Zoom as well as Global Accounts/SI Telco (like Ricoh, NTT, Deutsche Telekom, BT, Vodafone, Telefonica). 

What responsibilities are waiting for you in the role? 
  • Support and develop the Lenovo UC and telco strategic alliances strategy and development plan. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of telco partners, their strategy, competitive landscape and mutual business growth opportunities. 
  • Develop strategies that enable Lenovo to participate and stay ahead of our competition, complementing our hardware and solutions within the Collaboration market. 
  • Build strong and sustainable strategic relationships at management and executive levels within alliances & telco partners and Lenovo. 
  • Drive strategic discussions and develop business growth programs that drive and enable Lenovo profitable incremental growth. 
  • Translate agreed KPIs into an actionable business plan. 
  • Share best practice across Lenovo teams (sales, marketing etc.) 
  • Provide business leadership supporting named alliances with contract, marketing and business negotiations. 
  • Work with business units, product, sales and marketing teams to define the product and services solutions that meet alliances needs while developing new revenue opportunity for Lenovo. 
  • Develop and build strategic alliances with leading UC vendors
  • Recruit and Expand 3rd parties partnerships across EMEA
  • Lead programs and initiatives to enhance existing alliances and building new partnerships
  • Work and align with WW BU to drive strategic alliances actions in EMEA
  • Drive and manage Strategic Alliances Programs (like Microsoft FastTrack) 

What are we expecting from you?
  • Minimum 10 years proven sales/marketing experience 
  • Proven experience at C-level engagement 
  • EMEA or International experience 
  • Unified Communications markets expertise (Microsoft, Poly, Cisco, Logitech) 
  • Self-motivated and pro-active mentality 
  • Energetic, sales driven attitude and a "must win" attitude 
  • Persuasive and articulate communicator 
  • Detailed insight to business analytics and price/budget control & management.
