These are your detailed responsibilities:

Requires a high level of customer-service orientation with strong communications skills

Responsible for providing daily operational status to some of our most critical customers

WW backlog management

Close collaboration with procurement and material team, to analyze and bridge customer forecast vs parts requirements

Provides data analysis to forecast provided by the customers

Responsible for communicating customer requirements to the different internal supply chain functions

Strong relationship with development team to make sure components are certified and approved to use on production

Work cross functionally with demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, global logistics, engineering, development, and sales

Strong support to manufacturing sites

Serviceability and Order to Delivery Performance metrics

Position Requirements:

Experience in supply chain, planning min 4 years

Customer experience

Experience in fast-paced environment

Excellent communication

French or German language as an advantage

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Excel advanced

SAP as an advantage
