Description and Requirements

Would you like to drive all ecommerce activities to attain Students segment targets in EMEA? Do you enjoy working with products designed for students? 

In this role you will take care of the campaigns planning and execution for the EMEA Students segment in the relevant markets. Those campaigns will be adapted and cascaded down in the rest or EMEA countries. You will oversee the correct development of existing Students websites and the future launch of additional ones in EMEA markets. You will report to our EMEA eCommerce Segment Leader based in France and the team is international and spread across the whole Europe. 

What will be your daily responsibilities? 
Develop campaigns in partnership with the EMEA Campaigns manager and tiers/markets
Plan campaigns’ execution to fit tiers’ needs with a constant focus to streamline processes and mutualize efforts throughout the EMEA region
Interlock with the EMEA Demand Generation team to secure traffic 
Interlock with market online sales manager to develop dedicated Student offers, offers remain solely in the responsibility of Online Sales Managers
Closely cooperate with the EMEA Ecommerce Gaming segment leader to develop cross-sell activities
Analyze, monitor and enhance the merchandising and UX in the different touchpoints to deliver a best-in-class service
Propose development of additional feature functionalities for the store
Work with the community's leader to nurture customers database & Analytics team to constantly check impact of campaigns in order to finetune traffic, conversion and AOV

What do we expect from you? 
5+ years of experience in digital online sales/ecommerce/marketing or other related field
You enjoy working with the student portfolio, and have some experience with the student or gaming field 
An ability to think strategically and creatively
Experience of analyzing and interpreting data and turning these insights into actionable plans
Relationship building, communication and influencing skills
Be passionate about e-commerce and the customer experience
Ideally your experience comes from the Technology Sector, as you will be working with our PC/smart devices portfolio
