Key Responsibilities:
Auditing and Compliance: Conduct remote and on-site audits of authorized service providers to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Fraud Detection and Management: Identify non-compliant behavior or fraud within partner organizations, taking appropriate actions, including financial recovery and penalty enforcement.
Partner Education and Improvement: Educate service partners on processes, compliance and best practices, driving improvements in their performance and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Relationship Building: Foster strong, positive relationships with service partners, ensuring ongoing communication and loyalty to the brand.
Benchmarking: benchmark partner performance against competitors to identify areas for improvement.
Feedback and Reporting: Gather direct feedback from partners on Lenovo systems, processes, and support, relaying actionable insights to relevant teams to improve overall service delivery.
Position Requirements:
Proven experience in auditing, compliance, or quality assurance roles, preferably within the technology or service industries - OR - experience working in IT service delivery
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate, influence, and build trust with service partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and travel to service provider sites across the EMEA region.
Fluency in Business English; additional EMEA regional languages are a plus.
