In this position you will:
- Analyze business performance metrics and identify trends to support data-driven decision-making.
- Track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against organizational goals.
- Develop dashboards, tools, and reporting systems to improve visibility and accessibility of business data.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, Category, Strategy, and Operations teams to address performance gaps and implement improvements.
- Lead cross-functional programs aimed at driving operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
- Assist in preparing business reviews, financial forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Support pricing and P&L analysis to ensure financial discipline and profitability.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Experience working in a global or regional organization with cross-functional teams is preferred.
- Knowledge of pricing and P&L analysis within a commercial environment is an advantage.

For Slovakia only : Base gross monthly salary starts from 1800 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
