Description And Requirements

As an Ecommerce Inside Sales Account Rep SMB for Lenovo, you will sell Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients through inbound (queue based) and outbound phone calls. You will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the Lenovo products and selling against the competition.

You will champion the innovative power of our products by driving sales with key customers to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. You will configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone.

Key Responsibilities:

       Manage end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities

       Build complex sales strategy to ensure both long and short term goals, objects and quotas are met.

       Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives.

       Build forecast and pipeline on weekly basis and provide a clear situation on current situation on the client portfolio

       Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.

       Participate in monthly /quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risk of churn and build an appropriate action plan.

       Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management to reach high performance goals.

       Using our sleek sales methodology and processes effectively, which will support you from prospect to closure, leading you to your success and over achievement.

Position Requirements:

       BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.

       2-3 years of successful Inside Sales experience is required.

       Strong relationship, communication and negotiation skills are required.

       Must be ambitious, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented, well-articulated and possess sound phone skills.

       Experience in a quota carrying sales environment is required.

       Native/Fluent Germany and business English, any additional European language is a plus
