Description and Requirements

Electronics quality & engineering management.

Monitor electronic parts supplier's quality performance and drive continuous improvement.

Engineering change management for electronic product, include product qualification, testing & process qualification, reworking/sorting arrangement and lead time management.

Work together with WW team and supplier on trouble shooting for quality issue.

Regular audit and qualification of supplier to make sure their quality management system runs well to guarantee their quality level.

Work together with Commercial team on alternative/second source selection and qualification.

Involved into NPI stage to be proactively review supplier’s manufacturing/testing process and quality control process through FMEA and Fool-proof methodologies to ensure high level product quality in whole life cycle.

Coordinate with global cross function teams for special project to support company business.
