About Our Team
We are hiring a Test/Validation Engineer to work in the Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). This is an exciting and fast paced role supporting the Cloud Services Provide (CSP) Group!

Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group is innovating the future-defined data center, today. From the simplest to the most complex IT environments for all types of workloads, our servers, storage, networking and solutions help maximize the potential of data centers.

This position is based in Morrisville, NC and relocation assistance is available. 

What You'll Do
• Communicate with customers and understand customer validation requirements
• Ensure alignment on validation target goal, strategy, and test plan
• Drive all customer validation requirements to internal validation specification and execution
• Focal point for technical discussion during validation execution
• Work with cross functional teams to make out optimized test plan to meet customer requirements
• Lead team to review and evaluate the risk in each development phase
• Identify new test cases and test tools development plan with team
• Validation status management

Basic Qualifications: 
• Bachelor's degree or higher 
• 2+ years of directly related Hardware test engineering experience 
• Experience on server and storage relative test 

Preferred Qualifications: 
• Familiarity with storage/server test structure, stability & performance test methodology, reliability test methodology and FW test methodology 
• Excellent cross-function communication skills, must have excellent interpersonal skills 
• Excellent problem solving skills and the capacity to think out of the box 
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment 
• Bilingual in English/Chinese is preferred
