■Roles and responsibilities

As a key role of human interface device development team, this candidate is required to lead camera module development with technology solution providers to integrate those cutting-edge technologies into laptop system, detachable and tablet, take end to end responsibility to manage it in whole product life cycle, starting from technology solution evaluation, prototype sample test, NPI management, product quality sustaining in mass production, etc.

• Development project management of Camera module, project owner of integrating into each different system by collaborate with system development team, solution provider, module house and system assembly ODMs
• Collect and define design spec., engineering and quality requirements, manage product test, user experience evaluation and qualification plan with internal and external team
• Manage camera module technology roadmap and define portfolio, innovation engagement with whole team
• Parts NPI management, like development schedule layout, sample fabrication status and delivery tracking, issue debug and tracking, qualification, reliability test and certificate readiness review
• Manage and release development status dashboard report, paperwork and do presentation on behalf of camera module development owner
• International travel is required
• Publish technical disclosures, white papers, and patents
