Scope of Responsibilities 

Product Integration Engineer, responsible to lead the product integration technical activities for a particular project.
- Lead CCB and regular issue triage meetings. 
- Support Manufacturing debugging HW/SW interface issues.
- Assess carrier and field test CRs (change requests / bug reports) for severity. Agree the critical list of issues and drive them to resolution.
- Ensure regional regulatory and certification requirements are met (e.g. GCF, PTCRB, CV, implementation of regulatory eLabels etc.)
- Support carrier lab cycles where needed, e.g. with in-lab testing and debugging support
- Analyse and debug critical issues in real-time, e.g. where issues can only be reproduced locally and cannot be progressed remotely
- Works directly with Product Integration PM providing accurate estimate, risk analysis and impact allowing PM to plan and track the project.
- Capture and analyze key metrics to ensure device quality prior to launch (battery life, panic rate, call performance etc.) 
- Ensure flawless device launch and consumer delight by monitoring forum and call center feedback and by driving key post-launch issues to resolution.

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Product Integration roles.
- Bachelor’s in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Knowledge of mobile architecture or embedded software systems is essential.
- Experience of management/issue triage is essential.
- Strong Leadership and communication skills
- Advanced English skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of software management/issue triage is desired.
- Knowledge of the Android mobile phone operating system is highly desirable. 
- Mobile communication knowledge is highly desirable.
