Description and Requirements

The Enterprise Pro team is responsible for translating large enterprise customer and sales requirements into online capabilities so that Lenovo’s largest customers are supported with self-service options, while working collaboratively with Lenovo’s sales team.

This position will be responsible for:

  • Building requirements to drive Enterprise Pro web capability investments – based on market and competitive insights, customer, sales team and consulting feedback. 

  • Communicating the drivers of and prioritization of initiatives and capabilities to stakeholders and senior executives. 

  • Drive efficiency in communication of requirements to capabilities team, all through the Lenovo ecosystem (IT, DT, business teams). 

  • Develop a deep understanding of growth initiatives and capabilities. 

  • Lead process to ensure capex and opex investments are secured. 

  • Work with UX and analytics teams to build experiences, dashboards and insights. 

  • Bring clarity and understanding of the Enterprise Pro program to key Lenovo teams. 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 8 years of relevant work experience (business/project management; Large Enterprise (commercial, government & education) sales or sales enablement 


Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Knowledge of direct and indirect routes and strategies. 

  • Familiarity with web user experience planning goals. 

  • Experience with managing communication and negotiating support for decisions at executive levels. 

  • Effective follow through on actions and preparation of updates. 

  • Highly effective at preparing compelling presentations for stakeholders and customers, supporting project status updates. 

  • Experience with large enterprise purchasing behaviors and corresponding sales engagement + support activities. 

  • Ability to prepare and promote recommended investments.  Effectively navigate investment planning prioritizations, including modeling of proposed business value of competing options. 

  • BA. MBA or Masters preferred in relevant area.
