Description and Requirements
Sr Channel Management Specialist must focus on Channel development and recruitment, based on One Lenovo business needs so that the partner is capable of developing Lenovo's business in Brazil.
- It is very much desired that candidate have deep experience in local channel development at the IT industry.
- This person requires to have multidisciplinary skills and will spend most of its time working with channels that are part of its territory and also with local Sales team and 4Ps Team.
- Main objective is to position Lenovo within each partner as the Top IT Provider and to expand all Lenovo's BGs within Partners solutions to reach customers for SMB, Medium and Large Segments.
- Support Partners to Track a pipeline and to work based on specific targets and KPIs.
- Very good interpersonal skills to be able to influence customers to drive their behavior towards Lenovo’s needs.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
- Advanced Spanish will be a plus
