Partner Marketing:

Lead global marketing development for all BTL assets providing strategical support on channel marketing/trade marketing and POS across regions.
These activities include BTL product launch global toolkit, localization process, master brand hard and soft merchandising development, direct channel (Moto Store, Kiosks and SIS) support and innovation ad-hoc projects focusing on MBG/IDG transformation.

Job Profile:

  • Communicative and well-spoken person with solid marketing skills and knowledge.
  • Sound understanding of policies, procedures, and processes, based on a combination of formal education and professional knowledge. Performance is typically subject to the understanding of how related areas contribute to the overall objectives of their organization or job family. 
  •  Provides advice to the business based on specialized knowledge and technical capabilities.

Preferred Candidate profile: 

  • 5 years of experience with shopper and customer marketing (prefer fast-paced consumer packaged goods experience)
  • Experience working with retailer teams (e.g., category managers, merchants, marketing managers, insight managers, etc.)
  • Ability to interpret and carry out shopper communication objectives to ensure reason to buy is readily apparent on finished deliverable
  • Experience managing or working with marketing agencies
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work with virtual teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience on Visual Merchandising & Design
  • Innovative and creative, ability to engage others regarding new ideas and projects.
  • Ability to think strategically and increase effectiveness at achieving overall strategies
  • Ability to manage projects with deadlines to meet Global campaign development needs.
  • Proficient English is a must.
