The EAGLES Program is designed to cultivate the next generation of sales leaders within Lenovo equipping recent graduates with the skills, knowledge, and experiences necessary to excel in sales roles whilst providing a rotational program, best in class curriculum of learning, professional development, and mentorship.
The EAGLES program will:
- Provide you with relevant experience in various aspects of sales, including prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Foster a good understanding of our products/services, industry landscape, and competitive positioning.
- Cultivate strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for building rapport with clients and effectively conveying value propositions.
- Instill a customer-centric mindset focused on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Develop leadership potential by providing opportunities for mentorship, cross-functional and global collaboration, and exposure to senior leadership.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales organization.
Minimum requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree from an accredited university (provide evidence or predicted grades) - graduated in 2025 or 2024.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
- Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in France and provide relevant documentation/proof.
