Description and Requirements

This role is part of Lenovo’s Global Future Leaders Program which engages high-achieving, driven students by immersing them into the world of a global technology powerhouse. In your first three years, you will participate in a cross-border/cross-organization rotation to engage with key stakeholders, gain deep insight into our organization, and develop comprehensive leadership skills while making a global impact. Are you early in your career and eager to make an impact? In this role, you'll play a vital part in managing our International Sales Office in Japan's IO team's calendar and BMS (Business Management System) structure. You'll prepare decks for key BMS meetings, coordinate data across multiple teams and departments, and manage essential projects. You'll also have the opportunity to drive innovation by conducting research and reporting on emerging trends.

Requirements
  1. Degree in Business or Operations/Sales Management, MBA Preferred
  2. Strategic thinking
  3. Data analysis, Analytical Skills,
  4. Interpersonal Communication
  5. Japanese fluency and Business level English
  6. Ability to work in Lenovo's Tokyo, Japan Corporate Office
  7. Proven Leadership (via Clubs, Internships, Projects and/or Job Experience)
