Description and Requirements

This role is part of Lenovo’s Global Future Leaders Program which engages high-achieving, driven students by immersing them into the world of a global technology powerhouse. In your first three years, you will participate in a cross-border/cross-organization rotation to engage with key stakeholders, gain deep insight into our organization, and develop comprehensive leadership skills while making a global impact.  As a Management Consultant you will utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and your customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships. Your ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines will serve you well. Your comfort with technology and a willingness to stay updated on technology is a must. Finally, you will excel through your excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. In this role as a Management Consultant you will be responsible for:

1. Roadmap design and proposal
2. Composite enterprise architecture design and solution proposal
3. Digital transformation strategy proposal
4. Pre-study for business solution
5. Industry analysis and best practice sharing
6. Digital maturity analysis

What we're looking for: 
1. Bachelor's degree or above with graduation between September 2024 and August 2025;
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Comfort with technology and a willingness to stay updated on technology  Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
3. Major in Computer science, Communication, Automation, or Consulting management is preferred.
4. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
