Description and Requirements


Job Duties :
  1. Operational Assistance: 
  • Support the implementation of operational strategies and various projects or initiatives which could involve research, data analysis, and collecting reports and coordinating with other team members or departments.
  • Assist with the creation of presentations, communications, newsletters and reports.
  1. Data Analysis Support:
  • Gathering and analyzing data related to various aspects of the company’s operations.
  • Helping in the preparation of data-driven reports and dashboards for senior management, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
  1. Administrative Support: 
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings across different time zones, handling correspondence, and other administrative tasks. 
  • Arranging travel, including domestic, and complicated international itineraries, involving multi-destination travel plans, visa arrangements, accommodation, local transportation.
  • Ensure all travel plans are efficient, cost-effective, and stay informed of international travel advisories, health and safety guidelines, and protocol to ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • Organizing internal and external meetings, and workshops, including coordinating logistics.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Entry level, 0 plus years of professional experience
  • Fluency in Chinese and English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Location Chicago, 3 days a week on-site

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong skill in excel and power point. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with team members, executives, and external partners.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
