Description and Requirements

This role is part of Lenovo’s Global Future Leaders Program which engages high-achieving, driven students by immersing them into the world of a global technology powerhouse. In your first three years, you will participate in a cross-border/cross-organization rotation to engage with key stakeholders, gain deep insight into our organization, and develop comprehensive leadership skills while making a global impact. Our goal is to fast-track you to leadership by year five. 1. Land and accelerate strategic imperatives for aligned directions, including designing business plans and partnering with various business teams to execute. 
2. Strategic planning and project management: Plan and track project timelines and milestones; Regularly communicate & report to project lead, key stakeholders, and management team; Effectively co-work with project team members to achieve goals. 
3. Provide analysis and insights through structural methodologies by leveraging both internal and external resources. 
4. Other ad-hoc projects to support the management team.

1. Bachelor's degree or above with graduation between September 2024 and August 2025
2. Good strategic view and a practical & result-driven mindset.
3. Strong analytical and financial abilities to work on business issues. 
4.Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. 
5. Strong PPT, presentation and communication skills. 
6. Major in Business, Communication,  PR is preferred. 
7. Rich intern experience in High tech,   consulting firm, 4A, global company is preferred. 
8. Fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese)
