Description and Requirements

Lenovo Global Financial Services (LGFS) is Lenovo’s inhouse customer financing business, working to empower customers to pay for technology their way. With specialists across leasing, credit and operations, they work closely with Lenovo’s broader sales organization, its customers and partners, to enable access to hardware, software and services via innovative pay-to-use finance solutions. The team has grown exponentially both in terms of people and volume, with plans to further expand their business to keep pace with market needs.


To enable our leadership team to scale amidst this growth, the Executive Assistant will work closely with LGFS’ Global Director, Finance and Operations Director and other functional leads to provide a seamless administrative experience to Lenovo teams and external partners. Our team is global in name and in nature and requires an EA who truly thinks globally whilst acting locally – balancing time zones, diaries and projects in line with our wider strategy.



- Full ownership of the Global Director and Director of Finance Operations’ diaries

- Ensure that travel, visas and itineraries are prepared and available. Maintain calendar to optimize daily time management, scheduling of meetings time zone comprehensive. Prioritize tasks and delegate accordingly with a sense of urgency.

- Organize and assist with internal and external business events and hospitality. This could include management of external suppliers, catering, organizing equipment, registration, preparing packs and accommodation management.

- Control expenses by ensuring claims are submitted for authorization and AMEX accounts are monitored and credited. Administration of exec approval processes including contracts, travel and events.

- New Team member onboarding, including IT and comms coordination, system access

- Complex diary management including cross time zone meeting coordination, room bookings and stakeholder management

- Team meeting coordination including setting and distribution of agenda, minute and action item documentation

- Document management design and maintenance for all team wide operational assets including processes and procedures- Support on Business reviews and Customer presentations by gathering information and managing timelines.

- Assist LGFS functional leaders globally in geography in administrative tasks as required.
