We are looking for a Management Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our Executive Directors working full time.
Your responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports in due time and manage the business related tasks such as creating reports and taking meeting minutes. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, be able to act without guidance and be extremely fast at solving problems.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of Lenovo business by providing personalized and timely support to EMEA executives.
You will support multiple executives based across Europe. You can be based in Slovakia (Bratislava), UK (Farnborough) or Germany (Stuttgart).
What are the other job responsibilities?
- Act as a trusted point of contact among EMEA Executives, Employees, Customers and Business Partners
- Manage EMEA Executive Directors’ daily agenda and plan ahead for accurate meeting schedule
- Obtain travel approvals, and make travel and accommodation arrangements in a timely and accurate manner
- Arrange workshops, flights, hotels, visas
- Control expenses by ensuring claims are submitted for authorization and the accounts are monitored and credited
- Support on Business reviews and Customer presentations by gathering information and managing timelines
- Format information for internal and external communication – meeting minutes and reports
- Provide support to defined EMEA projects
What can help you to get your job done?
- 1-3 years previous experience as a Personal Assistant, in an international environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Proven MS Office and Outlook experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English

For candidates in Slovakia only - Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.400 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
