We are looking for an Executive Communications Manager with excellent communications and writing skills, proven storytelling experience across channels, extensive script writing for executive comms, and strong project management skills. The right candidate will be well versed at working with senior level executives in a fast-paced, dynamic and inclusive environment. In this global role, the candidate will support internal communications for Lenovo’s Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) business, reporting to the IDG WW Internal Comms Director.

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Supports executive communications for IDG President, including message, script, and presentation development across EMEA-based events such as Customer Advisory Forums, Executive Forums, and local trade shows, i.e., IFA and MWC.

• Provides on-the-ground support to the IDG President during video shoots, webcasts and in-person events taking place in EMEA, while collaborating closely with the IDG WW Internal Communications Team on related internal comms activities for IDG.  

• Serves as the lead in developing operational presentation materials for IDG President.

• Creates/designs strong presentation materials across PowerPoint, videos, etc. for IDG global and EMEA communications projects.

• Implements plans to foster employee engagement for IDG senior leadership team internally.

• Helps EMEA Marketing team with geo-specific internal messaging, including drafting internal memos.

• Provides oversight of content for EMEA-based events to ensure synergy, relevance, and consistent narrative for keynote speakers.

Skills required: 

• Excellent writing and editing skills – fluent in English

• 5-8 years of experience writing for various channels, including video scripts, presentations, and keynotes

• Visual storyteller; strong design and video editing experience a plus

• Highly proficient in the suite of Microsoft products 

• Thrives in deadline-driven, fast-paced environment and excels at working on global teams
