Description and Requirements
The Director of Executive Development is a key member of the Global Learning and Development team within the Talent Management Group in Lenovo Human Resources. We are seeking someone with extensive experience designing and delivering executive leadership development curricula. The Director will partner with internal key stakeholders and external learning partners to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions for global executive leaders in Lenovo.
Role and Responsibility:
Translate corporate business strategies and leadership requirements into practical learning and development solutions.
Identify and analyze training and development needs for global executive leaders.
Develop, deliver and manage executive development programs for global executive leaders from multiple business groups and functions.
Measure ROI of the executive development programs with quantifiable data.
Collaborate with external partners (business schools, training consulting firms etc.) to ensure learning and development programs meet the business needs.
Manage new executive leader’s integration program end-to-end and work closely with HRPs to ensure successful integration of the new executive leaders.
Design and facilitate leadership assimilation program.
Organize leadership assessment, analyze and interpret assessment reports for learning and development purpose.
Conduct and facilitate training programs to enhance leadership capability and work proficiency.
Involve in companywide learning and development projects.
Candidate Requirement:
Master’s Degree in one of the following areas: Adult Education, Human Resources, Training Development, Organizational Development or Psychology is preferred.
Possess minimum 15 years of working experiences in learning and development field, especially leadership training and development.
Expertise in training needs analysis and instructional design.
Build effective relationship with internal key stakeholders (HRP, Business Leaders) to understand development needs.
Strong connection and understanding about external learning and development resources, up to date about the latest training trends in the market.
Able to work in a dynamic, highly demanded and fast-moving working environment to achieve results.
Demonstrate excellence in both verbal and written communication, including strong facilitation skills on a variety of leadership development topics.
Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs.
Strong teamwork and effective to work with multi-cultural background people.
