Description and Requirements
The Next Wave Alliances leader will own the 360 partnership framework for Global System Integrators/Consultants, Infrastructure, Ecosystem and AI, and Investors partners. This new role will manage the comprehensive approach that aligns the interests of both parties, fosters collaboration and drives mutual success. Additionally, the role will intercept high-growth partnerships, develop targeted alliances with a small number of partners and create differentiation, resulting in the enlarged economic value. The leader will also be tasked with forming the Alliance Strategy team that will work closely with CTO, Strategy, and Business Units to proactively intercept and build new partnerships.
Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for six critical areas:
Strategic Alignment – building a shared vision, identifying complementary strengths, and defining the joint go-to-market strategy. Governance – establishing a governance framework and contractual agreements. Collaborative Ecosystem – fostering a culture of co-innovation, knowledge sharing and joint marketing/sales initiatives Performance Measurements & Incentives – defining measurable KPIs to track partnership’s success and incentive programs Continuous improvement – implementing feedback mechanisms and being adaptable to changing market dynamics Risk Management – assessing and mitigating potential risks associated with the partnership
Basic Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in building new partnerships for Global System Integrators/Consultants, Infrastructure, Ecosystem and AI, and Investors partners
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- We need a well-rounded leader and an expert with a progressive career path in the services and solutions area.
- Knowledge of the partner ecosystem, connections up to the C-level in solution delivery (Global System Integrators).
- Financially savvy with expert understanding of all aspects of P&L.
- Technical expert with a vision and strategic thinking to deliver of complex industry solutions.
- Great leader and a mentor to develop the team of successful BDMs and project managers.
- Team player that will be able to operate in the highly complex, matrixed, and globally dispersed network of internal stake holders and global alliance partners
