Description and Requirements

We’re looking for a Experience Design program manager – in our global CX team.

  • Build a holistic and integrative approach to design that focuses on the quality of the human experience across customer touch points
  • Understands and can apply fundamental concepts related to design principles to processes, platforms, products etc. which play a critical role in our overall CX
  • Research and document the set of complex interdependencies among people, processes, and technology that shape interaction with our customers. i.e Customer Journey mapping/ ecosystem.
  • Actively identify improvement and growth opportunities across customer touch points
  • Act as an advisor to stakeholders on strategic approach to designing impactful customer experience
  • Ideate and help build project plans and act as a joint custodian with business to deliver the same – end to end program management support for projects born through experience design needs
  • Help priorities resource investments based on CX objectives
  • Design process to measure impact of projects delivered
  • Advise on latest and greatest industry best practices in your field.

Position Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CX or UX and program management
  • 3+ years working in primary marketing research, preferably in a technologies-related industry
  • Customer Journey Mapping/Value stream mapping experience
  • Experience to drive complex projects in large organizations

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified experience design professional
  • Project management certification desired but not a must
  • Experience facilitating exploratory meetings with critical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience driving alignment around actions needed
