Who You'll Work With:
Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) provides end-to-end IT solutions and services for organizations at any scale. We empower the Data-Centered to dramatically accelerate their organizations, improve their industries, and solve humanity’s greatest challenges. A trusted partner every step of the way, we provide reliable infrastructure and support with Smarter Infrastructure Solutions, Cloud Computing, Analytics and AI, As-A-Service, Edge Computing, and more. This role will sit in the Morrisville, NC Lenovo office.
Role Requirements:
- Define and drive the strategy, requirements, and roadmap for Storage Monitoring tools
- Hands on familiarity with monitoring applications
- Owns and conducts product requirement gathering from customers, engineering, sales, and support teams.
- Work closely with engineering team on technical product requirements, backlog, and scope of features.
- Work cross-functionally with internal groups to define, drive, and execute integration of monitoring tool(s)
- Lead product presentations to sales and large accounts
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 12+ years experience in industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with External Storage systems, such as OnTap and SANtricity
- Experience with Storage AI Ops and Systems Management tools for Storage, such as Auto Support and Active IQ
- Experience in developing Software and Systems Management strategies, roadmaps, investment strategies and development plans
- Experience in developing Parser tools
- Fully understands and uses Agile SW development process
- Must be Self-motivated
- Ability to create and execute Proof of Concepts
- Ability to code
