Description and Requirements
Work location: Sanki-Yamato Building, 7-10-1 Chuo-rinkan, Yamato, Kanagawa
Employment condition: Permanent Staff (Probation period: 6 months)

Expected salary: Target OTE JPY13.2M (B8), depending on the current salary and experience, we would make our decision
About FCNT Organization:
- Manager: Deputy head of FCNT
- Subordinates: 7
The expected duties are as follows, but we will flexibly decide depending on the suitability of the candidate.
- As the HR Lead, support the business leader on all HR-related matters (recruitment, organizational design, talent development, HR operations, etc.), support the business growth, and lead HR initiatives as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) (i.e. payroll, social insurance, benefits, labor management, policy changes, etc.)
- As the company-wide coordinator for general affairs matters, work closely with management to focus on maintaining the stable business operations of the company.
- Responsible for planning and operation of contracts in the HR field (stamped with the General Affairs and HR Director's seal), budget formulation for the department, etc.
- As the HR leader of FCNT, provide guidance to other members and develop their expertise, skills, etc.

- Business level English skill (Communication in English in-house, outside, and overseas)
- Professional knowledge and experience in human resources work
- More than 10 years of experience in human resources - HR business partner, HR operations (practical experience in organization, human resources and labor management)
- External networks (human resources, consultants, vendors, etc.)
- Experience studying and working overseas
- 5+ years of experience in a foreign-affiliated company or matrix organization
