Description and Requirements

Position Description:
Have vision of the industry best practice and guide finance business to achieve corporate strategy with the solution; 
Represent Finance team to participate in cross-function projects; 
Identify business requirements from various business units for finance/accounting/tax process and reporting, work with relevant IT functions to produce workable solution proposals; 
Track project progress closely to ensure on-time delivery and flawless operations; 
Coordinate cross-function teams to identify issues that lead to inaccurate finance result, reporting, and propose solutions accordingly; 
Lead cross-function teams to establish and/or optimize finance processes to support various business scenarios; 
Review, develop and optimize accounting treatment principles to align with business nature and needs;
Position Requirements: 
Involved in enterprise information projects in large SAP application enterprises, familiar with SAP S/4 FICO practices in manufacturing enterprises. 
At least 3 year experience in project management practices. 
We are looking for a number of skills which are listed below, candidates will likely have very deep skills in one area or a combination of skills across several of the areas:  a) CPA certificate; b) Experience in Manufacture Cost Analysis; c) Experience in Manufacture Service and Warranty Analysis; d) Experience in documentation of business requirements, analysis and features; e) Well developed oral and written communication skills; f) Strong presentation skills; g) Ability to prioritize and multi-task; h) Effective problem-solving skills; i) Development and implementation of new operating models/reorganization operating model design in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax skills, talent, organization design in these areas.
