Your main responsibility will be to provide key financial data to the UK&I and EMEA management teams by business partnering with the sales and marketing teams in order to provide accurate data in a timely manner.

These are your detailed responsibilities:

• Lead in the delivery of actual, budgets and forecasts processes for a specific business model

• Have full P&L responsibility by Business Model, reviewed monthly /quarterly and YTD.

• Reconcile month end results, provide commentary and recommendations.

• Business Partner with Sales Directors to provide analysis across the business unit to drive cost efficiencies and revenue generation

o Interpreting results into plans to improve future results

• Identifying any controls issues and driving improvements to close any gaps

• Support Audit/tax compliance activity as required

• Undertake ad-hoc projects

• Attending relevant management team meetings and finance team meetings

• Deputise for CFO as required

Organization:

You will report to CFO UK&I. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.

What you’ll bring:

• ACA/CIMA Qualified accountant

• Experience of operating in a matrix structure

• Operational support experience particularly in a Sales and Marketing environment

• Considerable experience of the annual reporting and planning cycles, financial controls and systems

• Ability to drive process change and to deliver credible analysis and insight into the results

• Excellent planning and forecasting skills

• Good understanding of finance systems (SAP, Oracle)

• Ability to influence, challenge and support both financial and non-financial managers

• Commercial acumen 

• Ability to presentation data to all levels in the organization making it relevant and suitable the audience
