Description and Requirements

Responsibilities for Finance P2P Digital Transformation Specialist:

  • Lead the digital transformation efforts within the Finance P2P sector, from project inception through to execution, including solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Engage in full cycle project management, ensuring seamless integration of new digital processes within the procurement to pay stream.
  • Drive regular meetings and create reports to communicate the transformation progress and roadmap to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT departments to develop and refine P2P strategies on a quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with financial institutions and technology partners to enhance digital capabilities.

Qualifications for Finance P2P Digital Transformation Specialist:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in financial management with a focus on procurement to pay processes.
  • Proficiency in managing AR/AP, capital planning, and the integration of financing strategies within the P2P framework.
  • Familiarity with financial legislation, procurement practices, and risk management in a digital context.
  • Knowledge of financial and Accounting, payment management, and financing strategies as they pertain to P2P.
  • Experience with digital transformation projects, ideally within a Finance Shared Service Centre (FSSC) or similar setting.
  • Strong grasp of digital finance concepts, process mining, big data analytics, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP Suite and sel-dev financial management software.
  • Exceptional numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management capability.
  • Proven leadership with the ability to oversee finance projects and make strategic decisions.
