Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with finance teams closely to identify business pain points and requirements, and drive finance process harmonization and optimization. 
  2. Lead finance transformation projects and ensure on-time delivery and smooth business transition. 
  3. Coordinate finance business and cross-function teams on an end-to-end process improvement alignment, and support related deployment representing finance teams. 
  4. Work with IT teams to deliver technical solutions to improve/establish finance process. 
  5. Consistently deliver quality outputs for finance business and keep regular communication with business on on-going process optimization and operation improvement.

Qualifications：

  1. At least a bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years experience in global finance (incl. accounting, treasury) transformation project practices. 
  2. A degree in finance/accounting/IT or in a related field preferred, with well knowledge in Accounting RTR, PTP, OTC, Expense Management, Treasury Cash Management, Financing, Risk Management, etc.
  3. Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  4. Ability to identify business process issues and provide effective proposals. 
  5. Ability to design business solutions and investigate technical solutions. 
  6. Has well understanding in Finance Digital Transformation related practices and key technology and service solutions. 
  7. Strong presentation skills. 
  8. Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
