Finance Manager
 Key R&R
Prepare annual budget and monthly forecast on respective Business Groups (PC / Data Center / Mobile)
Complete monthly analysis report and review Business Unit (BU) and Geography (Geo) performance
Work closely with management on ad-hoc strategic presentation materials (e.g. Lenovo Executive Committee, Senior Leadership Team workshops) & involve in Board of Director presentation preparations
Close collaboration and coordination with cross-functional teams across the Company on deliverables/projects to management to drive Company value
Ad-hoc enhancement projects in driving business efficiency and cost saving, etc.

Key criteria
Bachelor degree with professional accounting qualification
Minimum 6 years of working experience, with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in a FP&A role. Preferably Big 4 experience plus commercial experience. Less experience applicants are welcome and will be considered for Sr. Financial Analyst / Analyst position
Team player but capable to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline, highly ambitious and seek for continuous self-improvement
Strong communication skills and ability to present to Senior Leadership
Proficient in Excel Modeling and PowerPoint, experience in SAP/BPC and PowerBI is an advantage
Fluent in English and Cantonese, and working-level proficiency in Mandarin
