We are currently looking for a Workstation Business Development Manager for the Automotive Global Account segment in Germany.

You will be integrated in the EMEA team, reporting to WW Workstation Leader Global Accounts and your responsibilities are to:

• Identify & grow WS opportunities in dedicated Automotive Global Accounts (Fortune 200 category) to meet and exceed business revenue, margin and market share targets

• Drive end-to-end customer sales and solution opportunities together with the related sales team

• Develop, maintain and execute Workstation account plans for dedicated Automotive Global Accounts

• Provide high level technical and solutions expertise (understanding of industry trends and critical success factors for customers)

• Build strong relationships with customer decision-makers, influencers, channel and related ISVs

• Build programs (together with product management team) to accelerate growth

• Work closely with Global Account Manager and Inside Sales Teams & product management team


What you bring:

• Proven track record in IT sales – focused on workstations and selling of Added Value Solution in the hardware environment including workstation-based VDI

• Excellent interpersonal skills, build relationships which promote and enable a deep understanding of the customers' business goals and objectives

• High level of flexibility, self-reliance and proactivity

• University degree in business administration, information technology or similar

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

• Excellent presentation skills as well as knowledge of the MS suite
