Description and Requirements

  • Research, develop, and update technical documents, including standard procedures, instruction manuals, and best practices
  • Gather and discern information from sources and interact frequently with subject matter experts
  • Review and edit existing and ensure document accessory and consistency
  • Arrange for distribution of documents
  • Continuously ensure that documents are updated, streamlined, and maintained appropriately
  • Ensure accurate version control and audit trail
  • Ability to communicate effectively to people at all levels of the organization, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to stay abreast of innovative technologies
  • Experience in the preparation and writing of technical documents
  • Have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge and skillset in security procedures, technologies, and techniques
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
  • Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
