Description and Requirements


We are looking for an inspiring, senior regional General Manager who is passionate about the sales of IT products and who will cover full P&L responsibility and manage sales activities for the PC & Smart Devices Business Unit, Infrastructure Solutions Group and Solutions & Services Group of Lenovo Nordic Territory.

You will report to the Senior Vice President Lenovo and President EMEA and will successfully manage the sales activities and team.


Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and executing a sales strategy with P&L ownership to maximize the profitable growth on the Nordics market

• Managing the sales team and all organization in most efficient way to ensure delivering the sales target, as well as other KPIs.

• Providing accurate sales forecasting on quarterly basis together with more frequent updates on the sales progress if necessary (including both revenue and margin); leading the business in a predictable way.

• Driving country team performance and talent management reviews and decisions.

• Ensuring high employee engagement and right organizational set up.

• Aligning internally and externally all businesses towards company strategy and representing Lenovo in Press & Medias and other external government and industry parties.

• Statutory representation of Lenovo entities and ensuring compliance with local legislation and corporate code of conduct.

The role can be located anywhere in the Nordics region but some travels will be required.


What do we expect from you?

  • Proven track record in leading a sales organization in IT industry on the Nordics market, together with well-established up-to-date network of connections at senior level in those countries.
  • In-depth understanding of the Consumer Electronics or/and HW IT industry, with PC market expertise as an advantage;
  • Experience managing a P&L before
  • Experience in working in matrix international organizations with a lot of interactions with the regional teams and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Building and developing the sales teams with high sense of accountability and clear responsibilities
  • Fluency in communication in English and a Nordic language
