Description and Requirements


Min 5 years travel industry working experience, including air, hotel, or TMC or other travel related industries.

Good logical and business sense. Self-motivation and learning drivers.

Fluent English reading and writing as a must.

Travel manager role or MICE background as preference.

International business and culture background as preference.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage travel business, including TMC/Airline/Hotel suppliers sourcing, negotiation and performances management.

Deep dive TMC management, like online and offline service process, to enhance traveler service experiences.

Manage domestic or outbound group meeting business, reach various business targets, including but not limited to cost savings, customer satisfactions, compliance controls, etc.

Manager traveler satisfactions target through traveler feedbacks and satisfaction management.

Control travel expenses and travel policy compliance through various supplier negotiations, traveler behaviors management and reporting.
