Description and Requirements

Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes, workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Process Design: Collaborate with stakeholders across workstreams to gather requirements and understand business needs, objectives, and priorities related to process transformation initiatives. Assist in designing and documenting current and future-state business processes, leveraging best practices, industry standards and innovative solutions to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and agility.

Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts and diagrams to visualize and communicate the sequence of activities, decision points and interactions within business processes.

Process Documentation:
Document end-to-end business processes, including workflows, activities, tasks, inputs, outputs and dependencies, using appropriate documentation techniques such as flowcharts, swim lane diagrams and process narratives.

Process Standardization: Ensure that documented processes adhere to standard methodologies, best practices and organizational guidelines, promoting consistency and efficiency in operations.

Quality Assurance: Establish quality assurance processes and review mechanisms to ensure the integrity, reliability and usability of documented processes. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address gaps or inconsistencies.

Change Management: Support change management efforts by assisting in the development and implementation of communication plans, training materials and stakeholder engagement strategies to facilitate adoption of new processes and systems.

Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and managing process transformation projects, including task scheduling, progress tracking, risk management and issue resolution to ensure timely and successful delivery of project outcomes.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, methodologies, Governance and tools to drive ongoing optimization and innovation within the organization.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Information Systems or equivalent.
  • Total 8+ year of experience and 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • An ability to develop, prepare and interpret process flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans to meet the objectives and deliverables.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML, flowcharts).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA) is a plus.

·       Ability to work on tight deadlines, Ability to facilitate or host complex design discussions and drive results.

·       Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.

·       Ability to pay attention to detail when understanding the process.

·       Willingness to become the Subject Matter Experts to improve organizational efficiency.

·       Ability to manage time effectively and Self-learning capabilities.
