岗位职责:
1、参与人力资源战略在业务部门的实施与达成,协助上级支持业务部门战略的达成;
2、根据人力资源战略规划与计划,协助上级为业务部门建立更有效的人力资源机制;
3、熟悉人力资源政策,能有效实施业务部门的招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬及员工关系等工作;
4、从人才学习与发展角度提供解决方案并落地相关项目,保证达成重点培训、文化项目的成效;
5、参与全球供应链文化建设项目,深入理解企业文化,并能基于科学的方法论进行有效的落地,实际牵引业务能力的提升。
1. Participate in the implementation and achievement of human resource strategies in business departments and assist superior to support the achievement of business department strategies.
2. Assist superior in establishing more effective human resource mechanisms for business departments based on Human Resource strategies and plans.
3. Be familiar with human resource policies, and effectively implement recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and employee relations in business departments.
4. Provide solutions from the perspective of L&D and implement related projects to ensure the effectiveness of key training and cultural initiatives.
5. Participate in the Global Supply Chain (GSC) culture development project. Gain a deep understanding of corporate culture, and effectively implement it based on scientific methodologies to drive the enhancement of business capabilities.
任职要求:
1、全日制本科及以上学历;
2、3年及以上人力资源工作经验,熟悉L&D模块,有大型企业人力资源从业经验优先;
3、初步具备业务诊断,人才学习与发展发展、文化建设模块的方案设计能力;
4、具备快速学习能力和浓厚的业务学习兴趣,具有清晰的逻辑思考能力和实施执行的能力;
5、积极进取,具有良好的沟通表达能力,抗压力强;
6、英语能作为工作语言。
1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time university.
2. Have 3 years of experience in human resources, be familiar with L&D module. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in human resources role from large enterprises.
3. Have preliminary abilities in business diagnosing, project designing in L&D and culture development.
4. Fast learner. Possess a strong interest in business learning, as well as clear logical thinking and implementation abilities.
5. Be proactive, possess good communication and expression abilities, and have strong stress resistance.
6. Be able to use English as a working language.
