Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with expertise in Lenovo eService IT products to lead go-to-market strategies, drive product portfolio design and enhancements, support product operations, and actively engage with sales teams and customers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge technical innovation with market needs, ensuring the success and growth of Lenovo’s eService IT product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Lenovo eService IT products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to create effective sales enablement materials, including product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
- Plan and execute product launches, including training sessions, customer-facing presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor product adoption, customer feedback, and market performance to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Engagement with Sales Teams and Customers:
- Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements, pain points, and use cases.
- Support sales efforts by participating in customer meetings, delivering product presentations, and addressing technical inquiries.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring customer needs are reflected in product development.
Product Portfolio Design and Enhancement:
- Design and manage the Lenovo eService IT product portfolio, ensuring offerings address current market trends and customer requirements.
- Continuously analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for portfolio enhancements and expansions.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer impact, market demand, and business value.
Product Operation and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Monitor and address production issues and feedback. Work closely with engineering, R&D, and marketing teams to ensure product development aligns with market needs and company strategy.
- Partner with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of Lenovo eService IT products.
- Collaborate with customer support and implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
- Use insights to position Lenovo eService IT products effectively and recommend new opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on market dynamics and product performance.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Define success metrics for product launches and ongoing performance.
- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies and product adoption.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve results and achieve business goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on go-to-market responsibilities in the IT industry.
- Proven experience working with Lenovo eService products or similar IT solutions.
- Go-to-Market Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of go-to-market planning, execution, and sales enablement.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of IT solutions, cloud computing, and enterprise services.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-centric value propositions.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
