Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1.结合所辖通路特点和平台用户特征,制定相应产品的营销方案,确保业务目标达成;

2.根据业务任务规划和市场节奏,结合部门全产品线策划月度/季度/年度整体营销方案、促销方案;

3.日常及重大节点/大促营销活动策划。同产品,销售,推广等前后端部门保持高效沟通,完成活动营销方案上传下达;

4.输出复盘报告:较强的总结归纳、数据分析、追踪能力,对活动进行效果分析,总结经验及不足,提升活动ROI;


岗位要求:

1.本科及以上学历,3年以上消费电子产品GTM工作经验;同时具有营销专业经验者优先;

2.优秀的统筹规划能力及与时俱进的创新思维,有营销敏感度及市场洞察力;

3.强执行力及推动力,具有利用多种方式驱动项目按时间点完成目标的能力;

4.优秀的沟通表达及团队协作能力,复杂问题解决能力;

5.对话题热点敏感,善于学习,适应比较快的工作节奏,主观能动性强;
